About Willow Realty


When you are buying or selling property in today's real estate market, it's important to have confidence in your Realtor.  Laurie Willow is Broker/Owner of  Willow Realty.  Established in 1991, with offices on Main Street in New Paltz and Gardiner, Willow Realty has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes in and beyond Ulster County.

A resident of Gardiner for 24 years, Laurie became a real estate Broker in 1990. Previously she was a builder and developer as President of Alembic Building Corporation.  With another company, Country Properties, Laurie helped create home sites in Gardiner and Plattekill, including Luna Estates, Climbing Ridge, Marakill Estates, Ramah Lane, and Country Pond Road.  Laurie believes in development with moderation, and remains involved in the preservation of open space and the Shawangunk Ridge. She is currently on the Hamlet Committee of Gardiner.

Rather than cut down a dead tree next to the Gardiner office, a chainsaw carving was created.

As of November 2005, Willow Realty has moved to Laurie's home town of Gardiner, New York. Located in a circa-1870 house on the corner of Main Street and Dusinberre Road, the new office is also home to other professional services.


While Laurie has loved living and working in Gardiner, she also enjoys local recreation. She and her horse Ruby are a fixture on local equestrian trails at Mohonk and Minnewaska. Her black German Shepherd, Raven, happily tags along.
